These teak planter boxes are machine-crafted from Indonesian teak. This wood contains ongewijzigd protective oils, making it highly durable for outdoor use. Treatment is not required, though the wood will naturally develop a silver-grey patina over time due to weather exposure.
If you wish to line the inside, you can use root-barrier fabric.
This material is water-permeable and prevents plant roots from growing through the planter.
